It is never sold, and it is never handed to a dozen lenders or lead resellers. You can opt out of any contact with one reply.

SantaClaritaOpenHouses.com ("this site") is published by Connor T. MacIvor, California Real Estate Salesperson, CalDRE #01238257, affiliated with Sync Brokerage, Inc., CalDRE #02031490 ("we," "us"). This policy covers this site and the forms we run on advertising platforms such as Facebook and Instagram.
2. What we collect
When you submit a form here or on one of our ads, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, property address, and your answers to questions about your plans to sell or buy. The site also collects standard analytics: pages visited, device type, and general location, through tools like Google Analytics. Advertising platforms may pass us the fact that you submitted one of our forms along with the answers you typed into it.
3. How we use it
To respond to your request, to prepare home value and market information for you, to schedule appointments, and to send you relevant Santa Clarita real estate updates. We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
4. Calls and text messages
If you submit a form and consent to contact, we may call or text you at the number you provided, including through automated systems and prerecorded or artificial voice messages. Consent is not a condition of receiving any service. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help. You can also tell us to stop contacting you at any time by phone or email and we will.
5. Service providers and measurement
We use trusted software platforms to manage contacts, messages, scheduling, and advertising measurement. They process data on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes. Advertising platforms such as Meta may receive limited conversion events, like the fact that a form was submitted or an appointment was booked, to measure and improve ad delivery. Those events do not include the content of your conversations with us.
6. Your California privacy rights
California residents may request to know the personal information we hold about them, request that it be deleted, and request that inaccurate information be corrected. We will never treat you differently for exercising these rights. Send requests to the contact below and we will respond within the time required by law.
7. Retention and security
We keep contact records only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, including record keeping rules that apply to California real estate licensees, and we use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect them.
8. Children
This site is not directed to children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
